History of CiCi’s Pizza

CiCi’s Pizza started in Plano, Texas, in 1985. Since then, we’ve seen significant growth and changes, including a rebranding effort in 2015.

Our journey began in 1985 when Joe Croce and Mike Cole opened the first CiCi’s Pizza in Plano, Texas. They wanted to create a place where families could enjoy tasty pizza at an affordable price. From the start, our focus was on offering an extensive buffet with pizza, pasta, salads, and desserts.

In November 2015, we underwent a significant rebranding effort. This included renaming the company from “CiCi’s Pizza” to “Cicis,” dropping the apostrophe and making the second “C” lowercase.
